Just some general rules we would appreciate you be mindful of:

1) Whilst we appreciate any feedback, we would ask that messages, guestbook entries etc are polite,

even if pointed.

2) When lodging a grievance, it will help us sort things out faster is you could include a day, presenter's or

programme name  and approximate time is problem occured to help us pinpoint the matter sooner.

3) Please inclued your full name and a valid email address if you would like us to provide you with

a response.
